Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, please e-mail us at You can only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched. Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will not be entertained. Customers can refer to the order notification email and check the delivery status of the product. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on limited occasion or special offer days.
Return Policy
All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the below Return Policy. Seller is not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are not followed to Seller and’s satisfaction. Should Seller agree to the return, Seller will deliver the replacement Product to your specified address. Permitted returns: Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product,
you may return a Product when you receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Order; or receive a faulty or damaged Product. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Method
All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the product. After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you. We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection. After approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds will be made via bank transfer into the individual’s bank account provided that complete and accurate bank account details are provided to us.
We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by customer. If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.
