To cancel your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com. You can only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched. Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will not be entertained. Customers can refer to the order notification email and check the delivery status of the product. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on limited occasion or special offer days.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or different product, or one with missing accessories, please email us with an exchange or store credit request within 24 hours of delivery.
7-Day Exchange Policy
All requests for exchanges or store credit must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the below Return Policy. Seller is not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are not followed to Seller and www.mifo.in’s satisfaction. Should Seller agree to the exchange or store credit, Seller will deliver the replacement Product to your specified address.
Permitted exchanges: Within 7 days from the date of delivery of the Product, you may return a Product when you receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Order; or receive a faulty or damaged Product. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email your request along with the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the exchange.
All exchanges or offers of store credit are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the product. After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you. We will also communicate the status of your exchange after the inspection. After approval, we will initiate an exchange or store credit in the amount of the original purchase excluding applicable taxes and return shipping fees. Direct refunds to the original method of payment are not possible.
All costs associated with the exchange process shall be borne by customer. If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the exchange will not be processed, and all store credit will be forfeit. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.
