*Unboxing Verification for Shipment Claims*

For every shipment, it is imperative to provide an unboxing video and photos of the order from package opening to facilitate claims for any transit damage, loss, or replacement.


*Cancellation Policy*

  • To cancel your order, please notify us at support@mifo.in before your order is dispatched. Requests received after dispatch will not be entertained.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation charges from the payment gateway will be debited for forward and reverse transactions.
  • Limited occasion or special offer day products are non-cancellable. 
  • Customers can refer to the order notification e-mail or sms link and check the delivery status of the product.
  • Delays caused in delivery by the courier company or external factors like natural calamities cannot be cancelled. Every order is normally ready for shipment within 1-2 days from our warehouse.


*Product Information Awareness*

Ensure you thoroughly understand the product details before placing an order. All necessary information is provided in the product descriptions. Once you have received the product in good condition, we do not accept returns based on personal preferences, sizing issues, or product suitability concerns. *Returns and Replacements* 

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or different product, or one with missing accessories, notify us at support@mifo.in within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange or store credit request. Please include the order number in the email subject for quicker processing.

Receive a store credit coupon via email for redemption. Store credits cannot be combined with any existing offers. Shipping charges may apply.


*Defective 30-Day Product Replacement Policy*

At Mifo, we strive to hit the mark on every order. If your product is defective, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at support@mifo.in with your order number and issue description. Return the item(s) with original packaging for an exchange/replacement.

Please include the order number in the email subject for quicker processing.


*7-Day Exchange Policy*

Eligible for exchanges within 7 days from delivery when the received product fundamentally differs from the ordered one. Ensure the original packaging is intact (meaning the shrink wrap seal is intact), and provide the receipt or proof of purchase when emailing support@mifo.in for the exchange request. We suggest raising the request within 24 hours of delivery for a smoother and quicker process.

Unboxing video and photos of the order from the package will be required.



*Exchange Process*

 Exchanges or store credit are subject to acceptance of a valid return. Upon inspection, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved exchanges or store credit will be initiated, excluding applicable taxes and return shipping fees.
  • Direct refunds to the original method of payment are not possible.
  • We request you not to return the product without prior approval from us (opened or unopened). Unapproved returns will not be refunded or replaced, and will be shipped back to your original address, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • This process will only proceed with your agreement, ensuring the product remains unopened in our warehouse for a maximum period of 3 days. After 3 days the entire order will be considered void and all proceedings will be forfeited with immediate effect.


*Customer Responsibilities*

All costs associated with the exchange process are borne by the customer. Partial or tampered products will not be processed for exchange. All received accessories and items must be returned together.

To ensure proper documentation and efficient resolution we request you not to contact us via Live chat/ WhatsApp/ Instagram/ Facebook for complaints related to returns/ replacements or exchange.  


*Return Policy*

Products ineligible for return include;

  • Product not purchased directly from mifo.in,
  • Product with missing serial or warranty labels, lacking original packaging and accessories,
  • Product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection) 
  • Product with removed UPC codes,
  • Product exhibiting physical damage, tampering, customization, or alteration, or subjected to user-caused damage.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate or displays an online sale price or rebate at the time of purchase.
  • Additionally, dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product, unnotified physical damage within 24 hours of receipt, and damage from electrical surges are not valid return reasons.
