Shipping & Delivery Policy
Your order will be shipped to your door by standard surface courier. No
other form of shipping is offered. We do not ship outside India.
It typically takes one to two business days to process your order after your
payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping
confirmation to you, including tracking number(s) if provided by the
shipper. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on the
pincode of shipping address. In case of remote locations, delivery time may
be extended up to 7 business days.
There will be a maximum of 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time within the 3 attempts, if you are not available during their first visit. Kindly make a note of the delivery agent's number which you should receive once your shipment is "Out for Delivery" and co-ordinate with the delivery partner for a successful delivery.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal
authorities and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the
courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from
the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the
time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered
address of the buyer as specified at the time of Order. We are in no way
responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
